Of friend of mine is on the pill (The kind they give you while you are still breastfeeding) and she has been feeling some symptoms of pregnancy. She took a test and it was positive, so she went directly to the store and bought two more, went home and took them and they were both negative. So now she is not sure and she is too scared to take another one because her daughter is only 6 months old. I was just wondering the chances of a false positive. Any advice or sotries??

False positives are rare. It is more likely to get a false negative than it would be for a false positve. Maybe the first test was more sensitive then the other two she took. That could explain it. She really should test again with like first response early test.

I found out two weeks ago that I'm expecting our second and my son is almost 7 months. It's scary at first, but I'm getting excited! Kimberly is right in that it's rare to get false positives. The others probably showed up negative because it wasn't first morning urine (I'm assuming). Have her take another one first thing in the morning and she should get an accurate read.
