how much paxil have you taken during pregnancy?

Hi there. I have been taking paxil for years and now that I am pregnant with my fifth child my panic attacks are daily. I cant live with them anymore. My psychiatrist has raised it to 20 mg 4x a day which i know is so high but i dont know what else to do. Can someone please give me a good success story about taking such a high dose of paxil during pregnancy? Scared out of my wits, Jacqueline. ↓
