hi everyone me and my partner have been trying for a baby without sucsess yet my AF is due next sunday but today and last night been having mild cramps low down and wat i think is spotting just a little red when i wipe could this be inmplantation or a period? any help would be great ↓

well no one will be able to tell you which one it is, but all i can say is it could be either one? i've also experienced spotting lately which could either be implantation bleeding or my cycle changing on me. i'm also waiting to see if i'm pregnant - another week to go! i've also experienced the symptoms you have, and some others. but sometimes your mind can play tricks on you and if you have it in your head that you could be pregnant, your body will begin to act that way. so all i can say if wait it out and take a test if u miss ur period!! good luck!! ↑
