so I kinda have been in an out of here for a bit.. things got crazy after I had the baby and now Im packing ot move back to Texas!! hubby should be h9ome in exactly one month!! I love you too!! I know September is just around the corner!! whoo hoo!! How is kaelyn sleeping through the night for you? I tried to get violet to sleep in her crib yesterday omg she screamed for an hour straight.. even with me patting her back and trying to comfort her - she hates it. I dont know whats up with that and the swaddling dont work no more she gets right out of it. I had to take her out of the crib and put her in bed with me and BF her for her to calm down. Right now she is in her swing just falling asleep. Chastidy is so proud she taught her to kick the thing that hangs from her playmat thing lol ..anyway I am off to pump ..I have been pumping more lately cause she seems to just fall asleep as I am ready to go lol and when she is hungry I am empty we got our schedules all messed up now. When she wakes up later I will nurse her anyway. ↑

Kaelyn is sleeping a better.. usually about 4 or 5 hours then she wakes up to eat then shes right back to sleep for another 2ish hours. we usually get up for good at about 6am, its not too bad.. could be worse. She doesnt mind her bassinet anymore!! she goes right to sleep when I lay her down :) shes such a good baby. I cant wait till Ray is home and he gets to play with her and stuff too! Im glad things are good with you :) anything else new in your life? ↑
That does sound like a nice schedule - Chas was a easy baby too ..something about those first babies its like they know and are easy on you hahha! Or maybe it just seems more hectic when you have a 2nd cause its not just me and baby so i cant just give her all my attention which makes me feel a little overworked sometimes. My life well.. not much new here just kinda hanging out in the woods with my parents haha its peaceful though i will say that much. I am definatly going back to my house in october my unemployment runs out in Nov so I can start looking for a job and that tenant is moving out end of sept anyway. ↑
I wanted to register for school but they want last years taxes and they go off that income for financial aide and that wont work for me cause i cant afford to pay for school right now and I dont have that income anymore ..so i guess when it comes time to go back to work i will get a warehouse job or something I want to work 3rd shift - then I may take a class here and there .. i just feel like i should be in some type of school or I should just give up and work in a warehouse forever lol I have always worked in offices but with all the tattoos i have its going to be hard to pull that off now ...my last job didnt care. I should really skip the professional stuff and try and be a tattoo artist. ↑

hey everyone-still on vacation at the lake but we come home on Sunday. It is 100 degrees here and we are roasting! Levi has been an angel though. One night he slept 8 hours and then another night 7 without eating. It was really nice. He goes for his 2 month appt on the 20th- I am afraid to weigh him! He is a chunk! Heather please keep us posted and yay - your du will be home soon! ↑
I'm jealous fefer... Ellie is good through out the day but when night rolls around she cries for hours non-stop. I know she's tired but she doesn't want to sleep, so she just cries and cries. We try putting her to bed about 8 but she cries until 11, then she wakes up at 4 eats for a few minutes then passes out again until 8. It's weird because she has no problem taking naps during the day. ↑
Morning girls! You guys do so much more then I do - all i do is sit on my ass at home all day - well i clean and cook and stuff but other then the occasional walk i dont do anything but watch tv and window shop online and of course tend to lil miss violet and chastidy and cash lol SO that monitor went off about 4 times this morning and instead of running in there like a lunatic i just looked at her for a moment cause i had JUST checked on her - and here she was breathing just fine but she was off to the side of the crib ..so i adjusted the sensor and hope that it doesnt scare me anymore lol She slept from 11 last night til 5am when i woke her up to eat .. my boobs couldnt wait anymore lol then i got up and pumped an hour later (after i fed her) anyway and still got another 5 oz .. i seem to have alot in the morning. Now she is napping again. I have been looking for the signs with her when she starts rubbing her eyes or getting fussy i put her right in her crib and she goes to sleep - if i stay in there and pat her or try and soothe her she wont fall asleep so i have to put her down and walk out and she goes right to sleep. She sleeps alot - when she is awake I play with her and really wear her out though with belly time and when she lays on her back she kicks that thing that hangs from the gym and mannn does she put in alot of work to get that thing lol she sucks her bottom lip in and opens her eyes real wide and kicks repeatedly until she gets it haha then we all run around and dance lol (me and chas) haha its fun. Anyway I miss chatting with you girlies all day :( ok well hope you all had a nice weekend ↑
It's okay Dawn, I don't do much either *hug* Every time someone asks me "how are you?" I tell them how Ellie is doing... They act like I didn't hear them correctly, but I did... It's just that how Ellie is doing determines how I am doing haha. i.e. if she's fussy, I'm too exhausted to feel anything, if she's having a good day I am full of sunshine haha :) ↑
Hey dawn do you have the deluxe model or is it the older one? I've heard with the original versions people having problems with false alarms. Mine has never actually gone off but it has done the one beep thing once or twice. Do you have it on a hard, flat surface under the mattress? I'm proud to say I've been making sure to get out more because I had started to turn into a bit of a hermit. The other night we took them to a trail at the hospital and went walking then omg we actually went out by ourselves the next night for the first time in over a year. We grabbed little man some new sleepers.....sadly he's moved into 3-6 month ones :(......went bowling and played pool and I won at everything lol. I don't have trouble with him crying at night but he wakes up SO often to eat. If he doesn't fall back asleep with the bottle we put him in the swing and he passes out but last night he woke up 4 times. Heather I'm glad ray is coming home soon. I know you're excited! How do you feel about giving kaelyn up because you know he's gonna hog her to himself for a while! ↑
Hmm i dont know i just got it off ebay .. It is on a hard surface there is wood under the mattress that is how it came (the crib). I moved the sensitivity thing up to 3 today it was on 1 or something which supposedly it was suppose to be 2.5 per the book - well i read the manual and did what it said by moving it up so we'll see if that works. Sounds like you had a nice time - i need to start going out or something - I spent the WHOLE day in the house today i was hanging with violet and playing Sims lol Once i go back to work that will all change so i guess Im just enjoying the time at home but i should be getting out a lil more with the girls. ahh ok well i am going to bed while violets asleep... night girls ↑
hey everyone - we just got back from our vacation and I am wiped out. It was 100 degrees pretty much all week and rachel and levi shared our room. It was a monstrous house my dad rented - really nice - but the 3rd floor would not stay cool. Rachel thrashed around at night, Levi slept ok, we couldn't sleep because of Rachel - and now I'm wiped out. :) I mastered breast feeding at the beach, at the waterslide park and in my bikini. ;) haha...It was hard feeding him with a blanket covering him all the time because it was so hot but what can ya do? I wasn't going to whip it out in front of everyone. I think Rachel got too much sun because she's been really hot and acting sick but not sick...kind of weird. It could be all the playing she did with the cousins. Who knows. All I know is that I am TIRED!!! We got home and it's 90 and really muggy and our house has been closed up for a week. Yuck. Levi goes in for his 2 month appointment on Weds morning - can't wait! Needles and a scale. He is such a chunk! He's into 6 month clothing now- he's got to be 17 pounds, maybe I'll weigh him tomorrow. Good news is, he's sleeping pretty good. I just wish he'd go those 8 hour stretches when I'm sleeping too. :) ↑
Hey everybody. Kay I know how you feel with little man waking up alot at night. King is the same way. When he sleeps with me he's good for at least 5 hours straight but since we now have him in the bassinet it's like torture. It takes him 20-30 minutes to settle down and then after that he will only sleep for maybe an hour. So I'm exhausted and the only time I get any sleep is when I get so tired that I just let King sleep with me, which I know is probably just making the whole bassinet training thing more difficult. And I am jealous that you guys can put your lo's in a swing and they will sleep. King projectile vomits everytime he's in his swing, I even tried it on really low swinging, and then I switched it so it swung back and forth instead of side to side, and no luck. One thing that I do have to say though is that it is too hard to get mad at him, when he wakes up in his bassinet like 30 minutes after I put him down, he always has a huge smile on his face when he sees me, and his swaddler is always around his waist so his little man boobies are showing, haha. I just love him to pieces. Dawn, me and Fred were tlaking teh other night and he goes I can't wait to meet Dawn, I feel like we know he so good alraedy, haha. I was like yeah, I might run up and hug her. If you think about it, we've all been chatting here for almost a year. Oh and Fefer, what the hell are you feeding that kid? haha. King is still on the bigger side for his age, he wears mostly 6 month clothes too but some 3 month ones still fit him. He's like 14.5 pounds now, and when I measured him he was 24 inches long. So he's getting long quickly and kinda slowly and steadily gaining weight. Ok he's getting fussy, time for his morning nap, I'm gonna try to sneak in a few z's. Talk to ya later girlies! ↑
oh and one more thing. Kings eyes are still blue, do you think they could stay that color? I have brown eyes and Fred has hazel eyes. Freds dad is the only one on either side that has blue eyes. I would lovew for them to stay this color, it's so striking, dark hair and blue eyes. ↑

I dont know about the eyes - Chastidys was brown right away and stayed that way but violets are a smokey color brown like hazel-ish with grey splats in them .. I was looking it up online and some people say their kids eyes changed when the kid was like 10 months sometimes so you cant really tell i guess. I hope they do stay this nice color since they are different looking.. her dad has hazel eyes and my mom has green and I am with you i think it looks so nice when people have dark hair and light eyes. Hey that alarm went off last night too - Violet went to sleep at 10 and at 6am it went off so i got up and she was laying off to the side and breathing fine so I feel a little better about it - I still will leave it on but i wont have a heart attack when it goes off - I cant say I wont still run lol but at least my heart wont stop. Girls... I need to find some inspiration to work out .. I want to loose something weight wise or at least LOOK like i lost weight haha Is anyone doing anything to loose some lbs? ↑
Aw man Dawn, I'm wiht you on the weight thing. I've stopped eating really bad food and the weight is not going anywhere. I still look like I'm 3 or 4 months pregnant. And my ass, oh God it was big before but now it's wide, and I'm not excited about that. And Tank was funny. The first few days after his deballing he was really mad at me, he growled everytime I went near him but now I growl back at him and he cowers down. He either lays down at my feet or walks away and goes into his cage. So that;s fine with me, he can be scared of me if he wants. He loves King, he tries to lick his face all the time and I'm like um I don't think so. It's a sweet gesture but I don't really dig the dog slobber all over my kids face. Man I gotta figure out how to get King to sleep for more than 45 mins at a time, it's starting to really wear me down. ↑
haha-little man boobs. We laugh about Levi's all the times. Rachel calls them boo-boos. :) And that's all this little buy eats - from the boo-boos! :) He doesn't eat all day either, which is weird.He's about every 3 hours -7am, 10, 1, 4 and 7 - then usually he can go till 2am or so, sometimes 3 and then it starts all over. So it's not like I overfeed him. :) I'll find out the real deal on Weds when we go to the doctors. I have no idea how long he is. Sorry about the sleep thing Gabby. Levi had a hard time sleeping in his bed for a while too but I kept putting him in there and eventually he slept good. I just lay him in there now and he giggles and coos for a bit and eventually falls asleep. As soon as we get Rachel's new crib (hers was recalled) we can put him in HIS bed in the other room. For now he's with us - or in the cosleeper in the guest room. Usually after he eats in the middle of the night he makes so much noise I can't sleep. He lays there and farts for 30 minutes at a time. :) Hey dog lovers, I know you have big dogs, but have you ever heard anything about long hair chijuajas..I have no idea how the stupid dogs name is spelled...but we saw one the other day that was adorable and rachel LOVED it. She's gonna be 2 in 3 weeks!!!!! We thought about getting a dog since she's a freak about them. :) Just thought I'd see if you knew if they were good dogs. ↑
Fefer, you should get it as a puppy if you go with that breed. So it can grow up ith her. Lots of chihuahua's are nasty when they get older. Thye get this little dog complex where tehy feel liike they need to be nasty to protect themselves from everything around them that is so much bigger. But if the dog grows up with her it should be good. Sorry I'm not a little dog lover, I like the big slobbery goofy dumb dogs. ↑
Hey fefer, I've actually read chijuajas are the most aggressive breed of dogs, it just isn't as widly known because when they bite it's not as big of a deal as it would be for a larger dog to bite someone. That being said though, I had a pitbull since she was 6 weeks and she was the most docile, friendlies dog I've ever met. I do think it has a LOT to do with how they're raised, but you may want to think how they'll react to having their tails pulled, sat on, etc. I've heard golden retrievers are awesome but they're also a good sized dog. Can you believe she's two already? I'm jealous lol I wanna meet you guys! Dawn does the monitor have a screen that shows the temperature and is it white and kind of a teal color? That's the version I have and I think there are 3. Gabby, I kept some of the weight from Kalysa for several months and all of a sudden it just dropped off. Right now I think I'm still at 125, I have yet to weigh myself. I like my butt, it's got a nice little roundness to it in a good way LOL but my tummy is still very, very pinchable and I still can't button my pants without it making and ugly pudge. I also still cant fit most of my pants because my thighs are bigger also....still not in a bad way, I was just super skinny before. I feel a little better about him moving into 3-6 month stuff. It's just the sleepers for now, he still fits his onesies and outfits but he always wears the sleepers in the house because he gets cold. ↑
Fefer- There's actually no such thing as a long haired Chihuahua :) That's a Pomeranian, but they are very similar. I had a Chihuahua (I say "had" he ran away two weeks ago and we haven't been able to find him) I find they are a bit too hyper for babies... He liked Ellie but he tried to jump on her and play with her. They are very, very attached to their owners, and would probably make great guard dogs if not for their size. They can get really mean around strangers... I'd say it's probably not a good breed for being around an infant. ↑
Hi ladies! After weighing and measuring Jaxon (11 weeks) at home he is now 13lbs and 25 in long (what a long baby!). He is wearing some 0-3 month and starting in on some 3-6 month & size 1-2 diapers. gabby: Sorry to hear you are having difficultly with King sleeping. I think the only advice we can give you is to keep putting him in his bassinett. Maybe even during awake time let him lay and play in there just so he gets used to it. I did a combo of co-sleeping and bassinett use with Jaxon until he was about 4-5 weeks old and now he is in his bassinett for naps and night-time sleep. Like fefer I can just put him down, swaddle and leave the room. Within 10-15 mins he is asleep, and if not I go in and put his soother in again. Maybe dh can help out for a couple of days so you can catch up on some sleep. Sprinkles: I am joining a local woman's gym here next week and will be going 3x a week. My weight loss seems to have stopped and I still would like to lose another 10-15lbs to be at my ideal weight. Hopefully by the end of the year I will have achieved that. I hate gyms but I realize I just need to do it to see results. It will also help build up those stomach muscles I lost with having two pregancies so close together. Kay: Yes, Jaxon dislikes tummy time (I think most babies do) but I persist anyway and try to get at least 3 5-10 min intervals in a day. After a few mins he starts sqwaking and burying his face into the blanket. I ust try to amuse him with toys, singing ect. I remember my ds1 also hating tummy time until he was about 5-6 months old. He was also a fairly late crawler at 8 months old. fefer: We have a beagle. There are 3 sizes and we have the smallest size (14in I believe). They are really nice family dogs and their only downside is that they get moody/grumpy if not given any attention. We love our little Penny Lane. There is also a dog that is a beagle and pug mix. SOOO cute, and I have heard they are great dogs. ↑
gabby thats funny that you growl at him hahhaha I always seen people do that and thought it was hilarious - I do something totally obnoxious to cash when he gets a lil manly with me i throw him on the floor belly up and get on top of him and and push his head down and lay on face on top of his haha and i sometimes grab his balls as he walks past me HAHAHAHA my daughter said umm should i leave you two alone LMAOOO!! i laughed so hard when she said that but his lil sack is so tiny for a big dog i grab at them as he walks by i call them his jingle balls hahahahhaha I havent lost any weight in the last few weeks but that is typical for me cause i get stuck at certain weights i have been eating better in the sense I dont eat fast food 3 times a day anymore lol but i need to eat more frequently ... Hey i wondered does what you eat affect your milk? I wonder if it is coincidence cause the other day i had pasta ALOT of pasta I had two HUGE bowls of ziti and that night and the next day i had so much milk i got 4 oz out of one side and that never happens .. so i thought maybe had to do with what i ate - although I am getting better stuff maybe that is why too .. violet really isnt acting hungry lately I have to wake her to feed her or she would go like 5 hrs between feedings if not longer.. I could see at night but during the day too! Anyway I was telling my mom today I need to make sure I eat lunch too cause I am big for skipping meals then overeating at dinner. So i guess I need to start eating more smaller meals and working out i just hate working out lol - I am going to try that crunchless abs video. Fefer they say bigger dogs are better with kids then the little ones - I have a little dog he is 4lbs he is ok with kids but he has never been around really small children ..so with violet i have to make sure she doesnt grip him up cause the little ones get hurt so easily they then lash out. My cash is a tad TOO big lol but there are good dogs like golden retrievers or even cocker spaniels are good dogs they are a lil smaller there are so many good breeds but I would say you would be better off with a medium to larger dog rathen then very small. ↑
bummer - I didn't want a big dog, they have big poos! :) Rachel hated tummy time too and didn't crawl till 8 1/2 months - and Levi isn't too fond of it either. Plus, he's so heavy! It's a lot of work holding that weight up! ;) I'm trying to give him his time every day but it's hard!!! Rachel is so demanding of my attention I can hardly focus on the little guy. It's certainly a lot of work with two little ones! She's driving me crazy too - every time you say the word potty or bathroom she runs for the bathroom, grabs her crotch and says poo-poo, wanting to go play on the toilet. She rarely has to go - it's more fun to play -and it's so annoying! I hate potty training!!! :) ↑
woohoo!! I got my free Born Free bottles today! It's fromteh Father's Day Babies promo. Yay! It was open to the first 1000 babies born on Father's Day this year - and the website had a link to register but I could never find it so I just sent in all the information and I got my bottles. 10 of them - awesome! I don't know that I need that many but I can sure use them for gifts! I was so excited - Levi is already winning stuff - lucky little baby. :) Oh, Amanda - sorry your doggy ran away. Thanks fefer, I'm worried about him :( We picked him up from the pound, he had an abusive owner and has a lot of physical and emotional problems, they were going to put him down the day after we found him, thank God we did. They say small dogs like that are more likely to be abused. I hope he's okay, where ever he is. ↑
