Question: New here (howdy all). I have a 2 yr old DS and am not TTC (but toying with the idea of starting soon). Not on BC - just using withdrawal. Did BD during my fertile period (withdrawal). We're not super fertile - have been using withdrawal for almost 10 years and no accidents. Took us 7 cycles of TTC and BD often during fertile period to conceive DS. This month I'm having *bad* PMS: very sore boobs (and slightly swollen), cramps, nausea (no vomiting but occasional running for the bathroom as if to), fatigue, gassy/bloating/full-feeling, dizzy spells, twinges in lower right abdomen and behind belly button, funny taste in mouth, headaches and increase appetite. I usually get PMS but not until 4-5 days before AF and not to this extent (usually just slightly sore boobs, mild nausea and cramps). This all started about 2 weeks before AF. My symptoms are getting so obvious that DH asked if I was preg. I took a test (early testing internet cheapie), BFN, but I still have another week before AF, so it's really too early for testing anyway. I guess it's possible that I am preg, but I doubt it given the lack of super-fertility in the past.
So, what could cause really bad PMS symptoms like this aside from being preg? Could I have a cyst or something? (I'm 30, healthy and have pretty regular cycles.) ?

Answer: I'm not sure about the cyst. I've never had one that I know of, however...no reason to bother with the pulling out method, unless you do that for reasons other than birth control. WHile a man is erect...he has sperm coming out the entire time. Remember it only takes one of them to get you pregnant and you will get more than that everytime u have intercourse with the pulling out method. My daughter was a product of me thinking that worked. lol.
I really can't answer anything else since I don't know what half of the above abreivations stand for. ;) =
Answer: cysts usually cause pain on the side they are on, but not always. If no pain, I would wait until AF is due & test with early morning urine just to be sure. If still no AF and BFN - I would contact dr to check for anything else. =
