well, my question is I was supposed to get my period on 4 may and i didn't get it yet noe since yesterday on 15 may my nipples became so hard and painful to touch. First of all how old are you? Do you usually have regular periods. Are you using any form of birth control? If you have not had sex or had a penis anywhere near your genitalia in the last month, you can't be pregnant so don't worry. There are many reasons why your period might be late (eg: stress, sickness, somethimes medication). Was your period normal? If it was abnormal or had a strange smell go to the doctor just in case, but my guess is your fine & it just happened to be 11days late. ↑
