Ok, I had a csection April 23rd, bleeding had slowed down and turned brown by last week. DH kept pushing for sex, we did it, and now I am bleeding super heavy and red again. It didn't start during sex or even right after, it started the next day. I was wondering if this could be my first postpartum period, or should I be concerned something is wrong? ↓

It is more likely related to something like activity level increase. It could be your first PPM period, too. I wouldn't worry about it. I had my c-section and stopped bleeding a week later, started back up a few days after that, stopped at 3 weeks, had a period at 6 weeks (exclusively breastfeeding, too) and now nothing since. It takes our bodies a while to adjust but sex now should be just fine. ↑
