pregnant womans rights

i got hurt in work and sent 2 the hospital and now i dont wanna go back incase i lose my baby what rights have i got 2 getting maternity pay??? ↓

It depends upon how long you worked there. If you have been there more than 12 months and worked 1250 hours or more you qualify for unpaid leave under the Family Medical Leave Act. You can get up to 12 weeks without fear of termination. You should read the laws and see how they apply to your exact situation.  ↑

Depending on your work injury, you might want to talk to a lawyer. Also, FMLA only applies to businesses that have 50 or more employees.  ↑

IF I AM OFF SICK WHILE I AM PREGNANT AND IT IS DUE TO THE PREGNANCY WILL I GET PAID ↑
