this is my first pregnancy. i know that everyone is different and carries differently. but i am ten weeks today... and am showing pretty easily. i have a pretty petite frame.. so idk if that has something to do with it or not. but everyone can tell i am pregnant. mainly because all my clothes are tighter fitting. has anyone else shown this early with there pregnancies. i know that w/ second and third pregnancies.. the mothers tend to show sooner. but like i said.. this is my first. i'd say my bump is about the size of a melon or so. just curios.

I am currently 14 weeks 15 tomorrow and this is my first pregnancy. I am showing pretty early but not a lot of people can tell because I usualy wear lose fitting clothes and my uniform for work is a little big. Some people say its bloating but I don't think it is. because im not bigger any where else.

Hi klc03 I too am only petite & am currently 11wks preg with #3 & am definitely looking a bit rounder in front. Hubby smiles when he sees me naked & can't help but rub my belly. I joke & say it must be all the food I ate or my beer gut (no I don't drink). I wouldn't say you can tell I'm pregnant yet, as it looks more like bloating when I'm wearing clothes, but naked there is a definite little bump. I am surprised it's not bigger for #3 but I guess it's only early days yet & I'll probably get HUGE by the end of it.

i'm at 11 weeks. my husband says my tummy is bigger than before I was pregnant. When clothed you cant really tell yet. unless you see me often, you'd think I've just gained a bit of weight around the tummy, but it's not protruding like a baby bump yet. I'm about UK size 8 (is this US size 4?)

its not to say that by the 3rd month you cant show but a lot of it is just bloating and your uterus rapidly expandind and the bloating would just be in your belly bilmes123.factually its the uterus growing because your baby is still really tiny. hope that helps.

yup my mom mentioned it to me too last week, i.e it's the uterus growing and bloating, not the baby just yet

I posted in the multiple boards, but no one is answering. sorry for the mulitple postings. I have two large fibroids and one baby in my uterus, so I am huge (no it isn't bloating, it is the fibroids). Blimes123, I'm hoping you can do me a favor please. I'm 18.5 weeks and don't think I can take another 18.5 or more weeks like this. I'm so huge I cannot get comfortable, I can't really sleep because everything hurts. Could you please ask your sister if she has any advice as to how to get comfortable or positions in which to sleep that don't hurt? If anyone else has any suggestions, please let me know too. Thanks.

FinallyPreggers, my sister actualy has been having a lot of trouble sleeping. She is always up because the baby always kicks her in her ribs...he wont seem to move for about 4 weeks now hes been side ways and always has his foot in that one spot near his ribs lol i got to feel it and it was weird. I know she just recently got a body pillow and that helps a little bit. But she still has trouble sleeping.

I'm 10w3d and my loose jeans are getting tight but like everyone said, I think it's only because of gas and all. I don't think I'm ready for maternity clothes yet, it seems silly to even consider it because of gas and bloating but it seems in the next few weeks I may not have a choice but to invest in a pair. Oh and I'm not a small framed girl. I'm a heavy set girl.

Hi-I am currently 9wks and am having trouble with some of my zip up jeans and shorts. I think it is bloating and not baby right now but -ouch- it still hurts. I have heard about a belly band or bella band. It is suppose to allow u to wear your pre-preggo pants but you leave them unzipped and unbuttoned and the band fits over it. I have found lots about it on the web but wanted to know if anyone has tried it before I go buy one. It's also suppose to help later in pregnancy. I think it said that it helps keep your growing belly from pushing down on pants and it helps maternity pants that are a little to big to fit--anyone tried it??? It costs around $30.

I am only 5 weeks i think but i am so bloated. My waist used to be 26in and it is already 30!!!! there is a chance i might be farther than 5 weeks like closer to 9 but still i feel huge already, this is my first too. will the bloating go down before i acutally get a baby bell or should i kiss my abs good bye already.

I'm nine weeks pregnant,I was 105 lbs before I got pregnant so I was pretty small and hardly any of my work pants fit me. I was kinda wondering the same thing and I'm glad you asked.
So regardless of why I'm getting biiger, ie uterus or baby I'm definitely not fitting into my pants, LOL
