sciatica problems with placenta previa complication

At my 20 week u/s, it showed I have complete placenta previa which limits my activities to make matters worse, i've had sciatica type symptoms throughout the pregnancy, however it's gotten ALOT worse within the last couple weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help with the pain? I've done the heat with no help. ↓
