Now i know alot of people arent for this. so this question is not directed towards you. its for the people.. who are FOR self check for dilation.
Ive been trying to find the hole in the doughnut(im already 2cm dilated according to my doctor)..and i just cant find it!! i found something that seems to be like a hole..but inside i just feel this mushy peice of tissue thing that your able to move around..anyone know what this is? am i close to where im suppose to be looking??
any other tips would be wonderful.

I'm not against it, though I don't do it myself. I did read some about it during my last pregnancy. I also have a posteria cervix its more facing the back. It hurts to have the doc check. Maybe thats where yours is, if you've found the mushy donut maybe its further inside? ↑
