If it is just a self esteem thing you could try some sexy lingerie, the baby doll kind that flares out or opens at the front. You can generally buy this kind of lingerie without it necessarily having to be maternity, so you can still wear it after bubs is born. Also try dimming the lights so you feel less self-conscious about hubby seeing you. I was always a little self-conscious about the way I looked when heavily pregnant with both pregnancies (I had LOTS of stretch marks) even though hubby always said how sexy I looked & how much I still turned him on, so I know how you feel. If it is a matter of comfort you will just have to experiment with different positions to find one that is comfy for you, but I found lying on my side with him behind (spooning) comfy, or kneeling on a pillow while leaning against the bed with him behind also good. If you have NO interest in sex due to hormones or other, you might have to try other things a bit more sensual first, like him giving you a gentle massage (area your choice), or having a nice warm bath to relax you. Also try to get as much rest as possible, as lack of sleep can definitely take away your sex drive. Hope it helps.

My sex drive disappeared already and im 7 weeks pregnant! What you can do together is have a night where you can relax in your pjs watching a favorite movie! Cuddeling each other! Have a romantic dinner with candles! or even you can try a romantic bubblebath and he can give you massages! Just a few suggestions!

I have a different philosophy. Don't force anything. If you're not in the mood, you're not in the mood. Our bodies go through strange and unusual things during pregnancy so let go of any guilt you have over how you feel and just go with the flow.
