ok so the past couple of days i,ve had relly bad sharp pains like where i imagine my cervix is i get it when i ,ve been standing alot, sometimes it comes and go im just not sure if its something i need to worry about, i know that its been moving around the last few days as my bump has changed shape i think its bum is sticking out under my belly button lol, but could that be what the sharp pains are? or should i get it checked out? also im 17weeks 1 day if that helps ↓
Maybe its braxxton Hicks? I have read about them and they start in the second trimester.. I have not had them yet but perhaps thats whats happening to you?? ↑
i went to see my midwife today and she thinks i may either have an urine infection or its just ligimint pains, she didnt seem to concerned. she mesuured my belly at 19-20 weeks and im only 17 weeks! maybe its all the growing lol ↑
Angel- If it's a UTI, it should be treated. If it was ligament pain, it would not be a sharp pain but more similiar to a muscle pull. Did she mention treatment for a UTI or testing? ↑
yes she tested my urine with one of the strips that she usually uses and it came up ok so she said to make sure she.l send it to the lab. she asked if i had any other symtoms like burnig when i go for a pee which i dont so she said she,l wait for the results. if i had any other symptoms she would of given me antibiotics. im just concerned about people who have soft cervix,s ect that cause then to go in to labour to early i wasnt sure it was symptom or not, its not been to bad today i actually havnt felt it at all ↑
oh ok then lol i have an ultasound on the 22nd, sure its all ok, i got my heart doopler today! omg its amazing i,ve been listening to baby all day lol! i messured babys heartrate at 155 bpm which sounds good to me, and i have to say its a very active little thing lol ↑
