i had an emergency section last january, and 14 months later i have a constant lower abdominal aches and pains and in my lower back and some times around my kidney area. every so often when i urinate i get a pain in the bottom of my stomach and ive had an internel and been for a smear and been tested for numerous infections does anyone else have problems like this or could it be something more serious? ↓
