I have a little one that is having trouble breathing through her nose. It is stopped up. Is there anything I can do or give her to relieve this? ↓

Little noses saline mist. It will help clear your l/o up. Put her in the bathroom with you and run a hot shower make it all steamy, that will help also! ↑

Also, a humidifier at night seems to help a lot as well. Hope she is feeling better soon! ↑

The nose aspirator works well after the saline. Hope your little one feels better soon.  ↑

Also, if you've never used the nasal aspirator before, the best way to use it is to put your thumb on the base of the bulb and your first & middle fingers around the long part, then push with your thumb to squeeze the bulb towards the long part. Don't squeeze the bulb from side to side because you won't get as much suction that way. Keep kleenix near by to squirt all the aspirated stuff into, then clean it well. ↑
