My last period was Sept. 8th. On Sept. 28th, i had a brownish discharge, which I had assumed was my period coming early (Due to come Oct. 6th). I don't use pads as many of you do, so I used a tampon, but when i replaced it later, there wasn't much more on there. The "bleeding" stopped later that night, or early the morning of the 29th. If I had been using a pad, it's doubtful it would have even used one... It was only minor bleeding. My breasts have been sore for several days now, and I have been extremely tired lately. The day of the bleeding, I laid down to take a nap at 3pm, and ended up waking up at 8pm!! I never take naps, and certainly never for that long. I've also been extremely moody lately... Happy one moment, then almost depressed the next for NO apparent reason. I have searched all over the internet about the bleeding that came and went, and a lot of things are suggesting implantation bleeding. I purchased a hpt and took it yesterday, and it said negative. Today, I have dull cramps... Almost like the an annoucement that my period is coming...
Could it have been implantation bleeding? Could the test have been too early? I'm due for my period in 2 days..... I'm very impatiently waiting to see what happens...
I have a 6 yr old daughter, and have miscarried once after that. With my 6yr old, i knew i was pregnant because of my periods... It came in Dec, lasted 2 days in Jan. I tested 3 times, before i got an accurate reading in Feb, then no period after that. The 2nd time I knew because of my belly button.. Strange but true... It hurt like the dickens. Easiest way to explain it, it felt like there was a string on the inside, and it was being YANKED. I have had that feeling once since all this has started, but not nearly as often as I did with my 2nd pregnancy....
What is going on?? ↓
Your previous experience not testing positive until late should tell you that your early test this time is not a good indicator. Why not wait until Oct 12, then start testing weekly using first morning pee. Meanwhile it would be a good idea to start the prenatal vitamins. Good luck! ↑
