smelling and nausea

I haven't had much morning sickness yet, just if I get hungry and don't eat. But for the past two days almost everything I see or smell, will make me sick. For example my boyfriend made chicken last night for dinner, and I went to go wash the pan he cooked it in, and I started gagging. Anyone have any advice?

It sounds like a normal pregnancy symptom - even your boyfriend may smell different. Cigarette smoke, perfume, and cooking meat are the worst offenders. It will ease off just like the other symptoms as the pregnancy progresses. Good luck!

Yes, it's normal... I was sensitive to smells the entire time... soap was awful for me... and the smell of Subway for some reason was bad too. You are fine! : )

I felt sick every time I smelled had sanatizer during my entire pregnancy. So, getting sick from smells is entirely normal and it could last the entire time.
