using pre-seed during irregular periods?

Hey ladies, I have very irregular periods, so how should I go about using pre-seed if I have no idea when I am ovulating? I have not had my period for 4 months now besides the time about 3 weeks ago when I had brownish discharge with some red spotting, so I am interested in trying pre-seed. Will it work for me if I have no idea when I ovulate? God bless:)

I have the same problem, I have irregular periods and I bought a monitor which tells you when you going to ovulate. I know other people take their temperature also to know. Best of luck

Hey, Thanks for replying, so does the monitor really work good for you? And if you have very irregular periods do you have to wait until you get your period to first start using the monitor, or can you just start using it whenever? Do you recommend any specific monitor? Thank you.

Hey angelfly, well my doctor gave me provera to get my period and clomid to ovulate. I had a year trying on my own with no success. The monitor I use is clear blue fertility monitor. I have heard alot of people using opk. I'm not sure how those work but I think those are individual strips you can test any time. Do you know why your cycle is irregular?
