Josh Homme and Brody Dalle Make Rock & Roll Baby
Despite being very tight-lipped about their relationship, it seems the cat’s out of the bag for Queen’s of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme and his new fiancée, Brody Dalle of The Distillers fame. Hommes bandmate from Eagles of Death Metal, Jesse Hughes told MTV News last week that not only are the couple engaged, but that Dalle is also five months pregnant. While a spokesperson for Dalle did confirm the pregnancy to MTV News, the spokesperson would not confirm the sex of the baby which, according to Hughes, is a girl.

Britney Spears: Mother
Perhaps reports that Britney had given birth prematurely over the weekend weren’t too far off as the pop star gave birth yesterday. Escorted to an L.A. hospital by police at 6am Wednesday morning, Spears and hubby Kevin Federline checked in so Spears could undergo her much desired c-section. Baby Boy Spears was born around 1pm Wednesday afternoon. No confirmation yet as to the little ones name. It was rumored that Preston Michael Spears Federline was a contender although it could be trumped by London, as it was in London, England that Spears and Federline fell in love. This is Spears’ first child and Federline’s third.

Jolie’s Emaciated Baby Now Turns Chubby
Angelina has retold the horror of meeting of daughter, Zahara, at the orphanage for the first time. Zahara was reportedly near death and so emaciated that her skin “stuck together” when you squeezed it. At six months old, she wasn’t even nine pounds yet. But, Zahara quickly gained weight once in Jolie’s care and is now so healthy that Jolie calls her “chubby”. Contact Music quoted Jolie as saying: “They [Zahara and adopted son Maddox] give me so much joy and I wanna make a better world for them. I’m just grateful everyday that I have the chance.”

Klum Models Motherhood
Supermodel Heidi Klum has gave birth to a little boy late Monday evening. Klum and her husband, singer Seal, have named their son Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel. Born at 7:20pm in Los Angeles, little Henry weighed 8.9lbs and measured 21in. Both Klum and Seal gushed on their respective websites about how proud they are at the new addition to their family. Henry is the second child for Klum, who already has a 16-month-old daughter, Leni, from a previous relationship.

Britney: ‘I’m Still Pregnant’
Once again, Britney Spears’ pregnancy has managed to make the news again, this time amid rumors the pop singer had given birth prematurely. A British tabloid claimed the Spears had been rushed to hospital on the weekend, sparking speculation she had gone into premature labor. However, a spokesperson for Britney has made it clear that these rumors are completely untrue, saying “Britney Spears has not given birth. She is not even in hospital.” Spears is scheduled to have a cesarean section in October.

Star Wants a Baby
The View co-host, Star Jones Reynolds, and her husband, Al Reynolds, are thinking of expanding their family. Discussing her baby wishes on her show, Star told the other co-hosts that she is unsure if she is even be able to have children naturally because of her age. At 43, Star realizes that conceiving naturally is more difficult. However, both her and Al agreed that, for them, adopting a child would be the next best thing to a natural conception. Star and Al married in November of 2004.

Looking to have the most fashionable Hollywood baby out there, Britney Spears is reportedly thrilled to have Donatella Versace designing an exclusive wardrobe for her little one. And despite her riches, Versace is supposedly doing the wardrobe for free. Madonna, a good friend of both Spears and Versace, supposedly helped the deal along. According to a source, Spears “is hoping that her own baby will be the trendiest since Madonna’s own daughter Lourdes.”

Carmen Needs a Date With Hubby for a Baby
Carmen Electra is having a hard time getting pregnant. While both she and her husband, Dave Navarro, can’t wait to hear the pitter-patter of little feet, the two of them are finding it difficult to schedule time together. Navarro is currently hosting Rock Star Inxs while Electra is in Canada filming Cheaper by the Dozen 2. Electra told Rate the Music that “It’s hard because he’s doing his show, and I’ve been in Toronto. Every time I think ‘This is going to be the right time,’ and I plan it out, we end up working.” Electra hopes their schedules will calm down soon enough so that they can start their family together.

The votes are in and Kate Winslet has won the official title of Britain’s sexiest mom. The survey, done by Avent, was put together in honor of National Yummy Mummy Week and asked new moms which celebrity looked the best. Winslet edged out stiff competition, including Gwyneth Paltrow (sixth place), Liz Hurley (ninth place), Elle McPherson (seventh place) and former Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham (fourth place). Winslet won because of her down-to-earth attitudes about motherhood, her refusal to conform to Hollywood ideals and avoidance of dieting after giving birth to Joe, 21-months, and Mia, four years old.
