Actress Christina Applegate has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer but has decided to postpone any treatment for the disease until after she can have a baby. Only days before her devastating diagnosis, Christina revealed in an interview her longing to become a mom. “I’m at that age where, biologically, it calls me a lot,” she said. “I don’t want to wait until I’m in my mid-40s.” Afraid of the damage that chemotherapy or radiation treatments can do to her reproductive abilities, Christina has decided to try and become pregnant right away and only after giving birth will she begin treatment for her cancer.
