Jason Priestly Says Sleep-Deprivation Just Part of Being a Dad
Despite becoming a dad just 10 days before, Jason Priestly made it out to the Television Critics Association press tour to promote his new television series, Side Order of Life. Of course, the coffee he was carrying brought things back into perspective. "I just had a daughter 10 days ago," he quipped, adding, "and I'm totally, absolutely sleep deprived, which is absolutely fine with me." When asked more specifically how he’s managing a busy career with being a dad, Priestly joked, "Um, one in each hand? I'm not sure yet. I'll have to get back to you on that. It's all very new thus far." As for his wife, Naomi Lowde, Priestly said she’s been handling the adjustment to motherhood very well. "She's doing very well. I'm sure she's resting right now. If the baby's asleep, I'm sure she's asleep too. It's good. There were no big surprises in the first 10 days, but I'm sure there's many to come." Source: People.com

Rod Stewart’s Wife Ready to Have a Baby
Despite the fact that her son is barely out of diapers, Penny Lancaster says she and her husband Rod Stewart are ready to have another child. The mother of 20-month-old Alastair told OK! magazine: “We will be trying for another as soon as we can fit it in - we are ready now! We'd both love one in another year. A little girl would be wonderful as it would be a little playmate for Alastair. We'll be happy to stop at that.” Although it might sound ambitious, the fact is the Stewarts already have a large family. Lancaster added that in addition to their son, they have “five children plus I've got all my family and Rod's extended family. That is as much as I could ever ask for!” Asked how she plans on coping with the pregnancy weight gain all over again, Lancaster said, "Rod prefers my body since I gave birth. I'm more confident. Having had a baby I feel more womanly. Obviously I put weight on, but I honestly didn't care. I loved getting big! I was determined that my baby's health came first.” Source: FemaleFirst.co.uk
