Jason Priestly A Fully Involved Dad
Actor Jason Priestly and his wife Naomi, who welcomed their first child, Ava, in July, have decided to go without a nanny or a night nurse - a rare occurrence for celebrities. Jason states, "I love being a father. It’s totally ineffable. I love changing diapers. I love the whole thing — I’m all in. The time we’re going to get to spend with our daughter actually being an infant is so short that I really want to have that time with her. The fractured sleep that you get, the whole experience — I really want to have it all and soak it all in."

Jordan In Breastfeeding Controversy
U.K. model Jordan, also known as Katie Price, has sparked a controversy after posing in OK! magazine bottle-feeding her 3-week-old daughter, Princess Tiaamii. In some pictures the label on the bottle is obscured but in others, the label is clearly visible. In the accompanying interview, Jordan defends bottle-feeding. On the overleaf, there is an advertisement for formula for older babies made by the same company as the label in the pictures, SMA. Although advertising formula for babies over 6 months is allowed in Britain, advertising formula for newborns is banned. This has prompted Save the Children and the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), to bring action against SMS Nutrition before the Food Standards Agency. In addition, Save the Children, NCT, and Unicef are campaigning to ban all baby formula advertising in the belief that it confuses new mothers about the best way to feed their babies. An SMA spokesperson says that the advertisement paired with Jordan's photoshoot was a concidence and the company has no commercial partnership with Jordan.

She comments: “When they’re with me [at work], that’s challenging, but when they’re not with me … I’m a new mother, that’s what it is, it’s all challenging.” It looks like even celebrities feel the stress of being a new working mom.
