Britney Makes Headway in Custody Battle
After being denied custody of her boys Sean Preston (2) and Jayden James (1) until further notice, Britney Spears's lawyer has won her a once a week overnight visitation rights. However, the visits must be supervised by a court-appointed monitor. Britney was pushing for her mother Lynne to play the role of court-appointed monitor, but the request was denied due to the possibility of an "inherent conflict of interest." Britney and Kevin Federline are due in court again October 26th for another custody hearing. If Britney follows court directives issued September 18 (including random drug and alcohol tests, parenting coaching and counseling), she may gain back her rights to joint custody with Kevin.

Sean Combs is Biological Father of Five
After 15 months, Sean Combs has finally taken legal responsibility for 15-month-old daughter, Chance, born to Sarah Chapman. He had been holding off on acknowledging Chance as his daughter until DNA tests had been completed. Of his new responsibility, Puffy states, "At first, I wasn't sure if this was my child," he said. "Now that it has become clear she is, I will take care of her for the rest of her life." Diddy is also father to 13-year-old Justin (with Misa Hylton-Brim), 8-year-old Christian, and 9-month-old twin girls Jessie James and D-Lila Star (with Kim Porter). He's also acted as father to Kim Proter's son, Quincy.

Halle Berry Talks Pregnancy Symptoms and Fashion
Halle Berry is currently four months pregnant with her first child, and experiencing all the ailments of early pregnancy. But she will not complain. Halle states, "There is nothing bad about it. The morning sickness and the vomiting and the hot sweats. Nothing's been bad about it. I've loved every second of it." She also intends to wear non-maternity clothes for as long as she can, and given fashion's recent turn to empire waists and flowing designs, she may be able to hold off on maternity clothes until the eighth or ninth month, or so she hopes.

Mila Jovovich Missed the Beginning of Pregnancy
Mila and her fiance Paul W.S. Anderson weren't trying for a baby, admits Mila, so she missed the early signs of pregnancy: "It was almost six and a half weeks before I put two and two together, which was funny because my belly was getting big. I had no idea. It looked in the mirror like I'd drunk too many beers." Despite it being a surprise, Mila is excitedly awaiting the birth of her daughter next month. This will be her first child.
