Jamie Lynn Spears Gives Birth
Jamie Lynn Spears, the younger sister of celebrity pop singer Britney Spears, gave birth to a baby girl on June 19, 2008. The delivery occurred in Mississippi where 17-year old Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge have recently bought a 3-bedroom home. Spears is reported to be recovering well after undergoing a cesarean section to delivery the baby. The little girl has been named Maddie Brianne. Only close family, including Britney, were present for the birth. Both mother and child are reported healthy and happy.
