I know you wrote this some time ago but I didn't see it until now. The answer is kind of difficult. It really depends on how much you know about the birth parents. Either one. I'm not sure how to work this forum yet or I'd email you. If you can figure out how we can get in touch with each other, I might be able to help you.

I found mine on reunion dot com for $14.99. Im 21 was adopted when i was 9. All i knew were their names.
