Just Offered To Adopt A Baby But Need Advice!

Me and my husband are ttc and after a really bad miscarriage aren't sure if we're going to try again. My sister has a friend who is about 5 months pregnant and also has a 11 month old baby. Her boyfriend and his family told her to get an abortion so that is what her plan is. This bothers me more than i would have thought it ever would so i offered the girl adoption because me and my husband could take care of her baby but i'm afraid of how she will react! I hate abortion more than anything and i really want to give this baby a chance at life and i do not agre that that chance should be taken away from it for mere convenience. I am nervous that i have offended her... is there another way i could approach the situation?? Does anyone have advice??
