I have worked for my company in sales for over 7 years. I am 8 wks pregnant and have been offered a new sales opportunity. I want to accept the job, but question whether i need to tell anyone that i'm pregnant. I would prefer to go into the new position with my boss knowing my current situation however I don't want to announce to my company my situation untill after my 1st trimester. I would also be moving from a stable position where I could easily take my maternity leave to a new dpt that is less stable and would be more impacted by my maternity leave. I would appreciate any advice ...
