How Long Does Our Body Takes To Recover Internally?

I gained 30KG and everybody said i look like pregnant even after delivered for 2 months now. I want to take slimming pills, but don't know when can i start to take it as some says need to wait till our body are fully recovered. Any idea??

Hi, I never really agree with slimming pills, but if yo want to take it, there must be an instruction or you can wait 3-4 months after the delivery.
