I got my soho problem resolved. I just wanted to thank Pamela and Teri for offering to help me resolve my situation. I did email Pamela and she was very helpful. I also have become a fan of sohojobs.org and I am still going through the process of looking for a job, I have already gotten a couple of replies. I am really excited :)
