Yes if the family medical leave act applies. It has a provision for new fathers. hope that helps.

You can, but i "think" it's not as long as mothers. But the regular applies about having worked enough hours to qualify... But yeah you can, just go to your HR dept and ask them or search for results on the web.

Depending on his companey. BUt mine was able to use the new paid family leave for bonding which gave him 6 weeks.

My husband can get 12 weeks of FMLA leave. However, we have to share that time, since we work at the same place. If he takes 2, I only get 10.
