I would look into whether your school has a program for children of students. Way back when I was in high school (umm....in the early 90s! I feel so old now!) we had a program like that. The students would bring their children to the early child development center, located right in the high school. It was a really good program. If your school doesn't offer such a program, maybe you could find a school in the area that does. Talk to your guidance counselor. And, you also should talk to other mothers in your school who use the on-site child development center to get their perspective on their services. You are not the first high school student to get pregnant, and most educational systems work with pregnant teens to keep them in school. Good luck!

I'd recommend the same. See if your school has an on-site day care program. That way, you can finish your studies, and still be close to your baby (which is VERY important). Best of luck to you!
