Ok my daughter is 4 months, I am breast feeding her with some formula. I have not had my AF since her birth, hubby is no longer happy with condoms and opted for the pull out method. Any one get pregnant while breast feeding and not return of AF?

no.. but its possible.. usually you will ovulate before your first peroid.

I would be careful will the pullout method! Just because you're breastfeeding does NOT mean that you are protected from getting preggers again because you will ovulate BEFORE your period. Especially if you are combining feeding aswell you are at 'risk' of getting preggers. I would do one of the following. Tell Hubby to pack it in, life can be tough and we all have to do things we don't like and use condoms, get on the pill or talk to the doc about some other method of contraception. Good luck!

The pull out method is not reliable and since you aren' exclusively breastfeeding (even then there is no guarantees) it is likely for you to start ovulating pretty soon and faling pregnant again. If the huby doesn't like condoms there is other options open to you and if you aren't wanting to get pregnant again then I would start one of them asap. I got pregnant after my first cycle returning after my son - he was 8 months old. Sadly that ended in m/c but a close friend fell pregnant 3 weeks (approx) after the birth of her second son. For some woman their cycles return to normal straight away for others it can take a while.
