i am pregnant but not sure how far along, i have breast milk but very little is there a certain month of pregnancy you start getting breast milk?

You do not have breast milk. Your body does not produce milk until 2-4 days after you deliver. You are producing colostrum. Colostrum is a substance that you begin producing around the 3rd month of pregnancy. It is super rich in antibodies. This is what the baby will drink until your milk comes in.
