I am still nursing my 1 year old and don't really want to stop however I am trying to get pregnant again. Do I need to wean my 1 year old to increase my chances of getting pregnant?

No, you don' have to stop nursing. Keep your nursing relationship going, you won't be sorry. Get in touch with a La Leache League Leader in your area. You will feel better after discussing this with other moms who have been through the same thing. Heres the website: http://www.lalecheleague.org
