I have stopped breastfeeding my daughter for about 7 months now. I recently noticed that when i press my breast or nipples, milk comes out. Is this normal or it may cause serious problems? will the production of milk continue ot will it stop?

A friend of mine said she could squeeze milk out for over a year after her baby was weaned. It'll go away eventually. Just don't continue stimulating the nipples at all for a while and see if they dry up. Otherwise you may have a hormonal imbalance, I know hypothyroidism can sometimes cause that, and you might want to see a Dr.

That is pretty normal. I breastfeed my three children and it was the something every time. It will stop on its own. Best thing is not to squeeze any out. It is actually healthier to breastfeed, than not to do it at all. I heard that a breastfeeding mother has a less chance of having breast cancer, compare to the once that never breastfeed.
