when I use my Nalgene 32 oz water bottle, I drink on avg. about 96 oz a day and those are the nights that I wake up to feed my son and my breasts are hard like rocks. I just wanted to remind you all how much it helps. I know it's basic knowledge, but I forget all the time. It's 5 PM some days and I've had 2 glasses maybe...anyway, I'm rambling now. lol :)

Thanks for the reminder.... I find that I am so busy throughout the day that I forget to eat and drink.
