Hi, My DD is 6 weeks old. Since the first week I have been using breast shells because of sore nipples, I continued using them for the fear of getting the sore nipples back. Now I am starting to not use those, but I find that the nursing pad absorbs all the moisture from my nipples and my nipples are dry when I open my bra, and sometimes, it sticks to the pads. Its painful. Anyone one thro this?

Yep. Only mine was dried milk (I produce milk like a dairy cow!) that would stick everything together. Liberal Lansinoh, either on me or the nursing pad, really helped. I was able to stop using the ointment at some point. Hang in there. . . You are very close to where it will be easier :))
