I just had my son almost three days ago. I am not breastfeeding, so right about now my breasts are quite full and extremely painful. Does anyone have any suggestions of ways to help the pain in any way?

I was talking to my mother in law and said to relieve the pain when your not nursing you should always where a nursing bra. Or to pump. Hope one of these works for you..

Place cold cabbage leaves in your bra. When these wilt, change and put fresh cold leaves in your bra. Leave your bra on constantly. The pressure will help. The coldness help with pain and the cabbage will help to dry up the milk.
