And how long does it stay in there?

I read it takes 2 hrs, but not sure how long to leave...

It's different for different foods. The one that I know of that stays in the system the longest is dairy. It can take up to 3 or 4 weeks to leave the system entirely. These things are different from person to person also. Is there a particular food you are asking about, or this just a wondering?

Just wondering. . . I think there are some things in my milk that are bothering him and I am trying to pinpoint what it is.

Go on an elimination diet. Some of the first things you should try cutting out are dairy, garlic, bell peppers, spicey foods...um...I can't think of others off the top of my head. But, stop eating dairy for a week, see if that helps; if it doesn't, stop eating anything with garlic for a week, etc. It should only take about a week for a change to be noticable.

Eggs used to make my guy puke like crazy. He's a lot better now at 5 months.

TRY STAYING AWAY FROM CARBONATED DRINKS ALSO.
