Mine returned with my third child at 7 months and the two I had before falling pregnant again were regular. I do know some woman who have irregular periods when they first start again but it settles pretty quickly. I would do another pregnancy test again and if it is still negative to go to your Doctor to see if he/she can point you in the right direstion. Until then be careful if you aren't wanting another baby as breastfeeding is not 100% effective even when doing so exclusively. Keep us informed!

me me! lol. january i wasn't sure because a bunch of blood came up again just as the blood from delivery was tapering off, so i didn't get my period other then that, i figured that was it ( it was around the 7thish) February i didn't get it until around the 20th. I posted and someone said it happened to them to and your body is just adjusting or something.i KNEW i wasn't pregnant,hadn't done a thing since. Sorry for rambling, but in conclusion it seems to be normal,lol.

oh i also had those ovulation/pms symptoms weeks before i got my period.

Hey thanks for your input. I started having spotting today so looks like i'm getting my period after all. Pitty they didn't start yesterday as I did another preg test this morning - neg of course - but it would have been nice to not waste yet another test, lol. oh well.

Ok now I'm TOTALY confused. I had some spotting yesterday which was brownish pink and I assumed I was getting my period, but now nothing. It has been 6.5wks since my last period (1st one since ds birth as stated above) and that one was very heavy, so what gives? The 2 preg tests have been neg but the spotting was sooo light I would hardly call it a period. Has anyone else had a similar experience while bf or has any idea what could be going on? Any input would be appreciated.
