I am 18 and expecting my first baby in november. I have been seriously considering breast feeding because of it's many benefits (and saving on the cost of formula :p) I was just wondering If there are any changes to your breasts afterwards..Will they not be as firm and supported as they were before breastfeeding..and also do they sag less if you use a breastpump instead?

Each woman is different and you may not see any changes in your breasts - breast feeding or not. But your breast do change during pregnancy and after birth when you milk comes in, as a result you breasts may never be exactly as they were before you gave birth. Some woman say that their breast got smaller after breastfeeding other say they stayed bigger - there is just no way to know for sure until after it happens. The fact you breast fed or bottle fed may not be a factor for you at all. I think it is great that you are considering breastfeeding and would recomend you do not worry about how it may or may not change your body, just enjoy being pregnant and the addition to your family when it comes.
