My nipples leak all the time. I breastfeed my daughter regularly and use a pump when time demands, but I still produce milk constantly. My tops all have nasty milk spots on them and it’s embarrassing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same experience with my last PG (and maybe will with this one—we’ll see). The milk would soak right thru my bra to my shirt, just like you. I actually ended up cutting a maxi pad in half and inserting each half into my bra. I know it sounds icky, but it works!

I think you need some sort of special pads to put into your bras. Ones that aren't bulky but are protective. That would be embarassing but totally normal.

i had the same problem with my daughter especially at night time (would wake up soaked right thru) u should be able to buy nursing pads from your chemist or supermarket (similar to pads but better shaped) i found them to be the best thing in the world at the time

Use plastercine and put it on your nipples
