Hi Ladies... I was wondering if any of your LOs have been diagnosed with either reflux or slient reflux. I have been reading a bit about breasfed babies sometime thrashing aroung, pushing off with their feet and yanking their heads back as a sign of either of these two conditions. My son (3 months) does this at least once or twice a day, but NEVER in the middle of the night feeding or in the morning. ( If it was reflux, wouldn't he do this at most if not all of his feedings?) I just figure hes gassy and do my best to burp him. He by no means is on any type of feeding schedule, sometimes wanting to nurse every hour, so on those days when he starts thrashing and won't burp, I just put the boob away and he's usually fine with it. If he protests too much, I give him Mylicon and a paci and that usually helps him belch and then we can feed better. I guess I am really looking for other's experiences with this behavior with or without the reflux. Thank you!!!!
