Want To Breast Feed, Had Breast Reduction Couple Years Ago.....

Has anyone had any problems breastfeeding after having a breast reduction? 4 yrs ago I had one and I am now pregnant and want to breast feed once I give birth...

It depends on how the reduction was done. Were the milk ducts cut? Even if they were cut, they could have grown back. The body does some pretty magical things. Talk to your doctor and a lactation consultant. There is a good chance you can still breastfeed. Good luck!
