Alcohol And Breastmilk

Can i take alcohol if i breastfeed? I mean, I know what I eat will go into my milk so I want to know if i drink, how long do i have to wait for the alcohol to not affect the milk??

One drink then wait two (2) hours before breast feeding.
Two drinks wait 4 hours.

the advice i got from my lactation consultant was if you are sober enough to drive then you are sober enough to breastfeed. it's a good standard so long as your not some wino-alcoholic.
