i am currently pumping trying to rebuild my supply. my 8 week old son will not go to the breast, so i am currently pumping trying to be able to bottle feed him breastmilk. my nipples are getting sore and so far im only able to produce 2 sometimes 3 oz a day for him. advice please

A few questions... How often do you pump and for how long? What kind of breastpump?
Use a nipple cream for relief, apply it often. Both medela and lasolin have good relief creams.
I would recommend trying to pump every 3 hours, even with a great pump I would try to go for 20 minutes or more.
You should be able to establish a schedule of pumps, it will take a week or so to make your body get with the schedule.
Nourish yourself well, plenty of fluids too. Watch caffine as it is dehydrating. I'm sure you are stressed and exhausted... Rest as often as you can, as that can also reduce your supply.
