So everything says breastfeeding bonds you long term, was wondering if it's true and it made you ladies have a closer relationship with your little ones in the long run?

I only bf my 3yr dd for 5mths & even though we are close now it was not like that when she was a baby. She was very anti mummy for a long time & I had to work hard to get close to her. I am currently bf my 11mth ds & must say I am MUCH closer to him than I was with dd at the same age. BF definitely bonds a mother & baby much better than bottle feeding, but as for long term that would depend on your parenting & how much love & time you dedicate towards them.
