Studies done by the CPR show that 50% of mothers with breast implants are still able to breastfeeding. Many women with breast surgeries are deterred because they think there will be complications, when in fact they would be able to breastfeed without complications. Just try!

Also talk to you doctor about what kind of surgery you had. If you have nerve damage or milk ducts were cut, then you may have insufficient milk supply. A good way to tell if there has been damage is by loss of feeling to the nipple or breast. Good luck.
