Breastfeeding And Over Stimulaton

I'm a 17y.o.single mum and lately have been getting over-stimulated and aroused while b/feeding my baby.Because of this i relieve myself through masturbation.My health visitor tells me this is not uncommon and many nursing mums relieve themselves this way yet i can't help feeling guilty and ashamed that i have to do this.

I am currently a breastfeeding mom and I haven't yet been stimulated by it. But there are so many hormones going on while breastfeeding and everyone is different.. good luck and you shouldn't feel ashamed.

I have heard that some women have orgasims while breastfeeding. Your uterus contracts while breastfeeding,and for some of us it feels like cramping and others it may be more stimulating.Don't worry.
