How Much Fenugreek To Take?

I just bought some 610 mg capsules of fenugreek to try to increase my milk supply. The guy didn't seem to sure at GNC how much I should take, he said 1 or 2 a day. Does anyone know how many mg they reccomend you take? I also got mother's milk tea so I'm gonna give that a shot with it.
